felons and jobs
i live in illinois, and am currently seeking out a career. i want to know if i can work in the medical field with a class 1 possession felony.

Depends on what the job is and what the rules are according to that licensing board. For example, if you want to be a nurse, you need to talk to the Board of Nurses. If you want to be, say, a janitor in a hospital, then I do not imagine that the felony will hurt you any more than in another industry.
