Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Is it at all possible to get a felony expunged? Its not the best felony (Theft) but not the worse either. It is the only blemish on my record. I know when someone is labeled a thief everyone looks down at that so just looking for help or any kind of advice

In most circumstances, no. It may be possible to get your conviction sealed, though. You would have to ask the Clerk of Court from the county you were convicted in. The Clerk would also provide the proper forms. If you are having problems, please seek the advice of an attorney. Clerks of he court cannot give legal advice.
