how do I get a 2000 felony charge removed from my record?

There is a statute in Missouri which provides for the "expungement" of certain criminal matters. In order to provide any competent advice, an attorney would need to know all of your relevant facts and then determine whether the statute might be applied to your particular case. If so, a lawsuit is filed naming all of the parties with information of the conviction. If sucessful, a Court Order is entered and all of the parties are supposed to destroy the information about the conviction so that no one will be able to rediscover it at any time in the future.
