need to quash my warrents which atleast three years old. And I now live AZ.

If these are felony warrants, it is unlikely that they can be quashed. The only real way to deal with them is to return to Illinois, post a bond and deal with the cases. There is some remote possibility if the charges are not too serious that an attorney here could bring the cases into court and possibly arrange a bond you are capable of posting, if the current bond on the warrants is beyond your means. The court may look favorably upon your being proactive in the case. Felony warrants are typically nationwide, and there is a real possibility of your being arrested in Arizona on the charges, and sitting in custody while the extradition process proceeds. Illinois may decide not to extradite you, but you might be in custody for a month while that process works. You should have an Illinois attorney look into the matter for you.
