Re: fenoly

Generally speaking, felonies are permanently on your record. There are a few exceptions, but those are usually connected with the original sentence. However, there is a possibility of a pardon from the governor, which does wipe the record clean. I currently have one pending, and as you know, Governor Ryan is entertaining many potential pardons as he gets ready to leave office. If you would like to explore that possibility, it is important that you do so quickly. If you wish to speak with me about it, I can be reached at 630-243-0099.
