help

My fiance is being charge with manufacturing/delivery/poss. of non-narcatic which he didn't have on him the detectives put 26 bags of herion on him cause he wouldn't snitch,officers at 15th district what can we do his court apperrance is may 6,2009 ?

Have him call a lawyer, or if he is still in custody you can call some lawyers to discuss. You did not say when he was arrested, so I will assume it is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on May 6, 2009. The purpose of a preliminary hearing is to determine if there is probable cause to believe that he committed the offense.
