Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My fiance' was involved in a situation in which he and two others were charged with residential burglary. After posting bail, he fled otu of town and missed his court date, however at the court appearance the charges were dropped, but he wasnt present. A warrant was issued for his arrest, the charge was residential burglary. Is this because he missed the court date? Or did the woman possibly not drop the charges on him?
