My fiancee was arrested, but has no charge what do i do?

My fiancee was arrested and has no charge. They say he was in violation of his parole but he wasn't and we can prove it. What do i do?

If the state is attempting to revoke his probation or parole, he is entitled to a hearing. It may be that the state will not be able to prove that he violated any of the conditions of his probation or parole. It may also be possible that any dispute may be resolved by some type of agreement similar to a plea bargain so that he does not face the risk of having his probation or parole terminated. It is imperative that he hire an attorney to represent him if at all possible. Good luck.
