Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My fiancee is currently on probation in macon county Illinois. It is a misdaminor charge from dui he has 2 years probation there. The probation officer and him had talked of us moving to Portland Org whitch was fine. He said david had to complete all of his classes whitch were min 10 and 20 victum impact and 2000$ whitch he did it all it is 100% complete. He told us that we could go ahead and make the move out here whitch we did selling all our belongings and home. He had told us that we could do the transfer by mail. Now that we ae here and he is working as a welder his probation officer said he has to go back to Illinois to meet with him on the 20th of july in to sign papers if he dont he will send court marshals and violate him. My questions are what will happen if he dont go back and what else can he do?
