financial exploitation
cousin wrongfully accused of financial exploitation by his brother filed complaint states attorney took over wants to plea x amount of payback dollars w/ felony conviction or trial which if convicted definite jail time has no money for legal rep yet was rejected for public defender looking for possible pro bono or class project it is quite the story and would be a definite legal challange not only is he accused he was also exploited himself There's also the issue of caregiver pay credits and what not too much to list
