Fingerprints removed from record with expunged records
If an individual has their record expunged based on a case having been dismissed, do their fingerprints remain on file?

Hello. It is my understanding that all information, including the fingerprints, are removed. It may be necessary to verify this. If the fingerprints are not removed, in my opinion, this jeopardizes the right to privacy of the individual. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
