Forfiture of a vehicle
Possesion and intent to deliver was dropped. The judge said I can have the truck back. The D.A. sent a forfiture notice to where the truck was regestered to not where I lived. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET IT BACK?

Forfeiture is a civil action. Hire an attorney to represent you in that matter.
