fraud
igot a money order in the mail. i called to make sure it was real and they said it was so my sister deposited it into her account and gave me some of the money and kept the rest. the money order came back fake and now the police say i could be arrested for fraud. what do i do?

Don't believe everything the police tell you. But you should speak to an attorney and explain all the details just to be sure you have no exposure to criminal charges.
Since you are being viewed as a suspect I would advise you not to speak to anyone from the police department or State's Attorney's office without your lawyer present. Remember that you have the right to remain silent.
