Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I have a friend that's being accused of rape. There is no evidence it happen but the district attorney wants my friend to come in and talk to him. Is this just the DA fishing hoping that he walks in there and says something that incriminates him self? Should he even show up to talk to the DA?
