Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I have a friend that can not find a job because they have a conviction on their record from many years ago (more than 15 years). They have tried to send in for pardons and got denied how do they get it removed and, by the way they were found not to have done it anyway but still had the conviction on them, who do they talk to do it.
