Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
A friend of mine in the state of IL. may be charged with takeing some money from her gradmother who she has power of attorney over it was only $ 2,000.00 what could i do to help her oput of this? can she pay it back and get out of being charged?

Your friend needs a lawyer. She could be charged with a felony since the amount is in excess of $300.
