Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
One of my friends are facing a class 4 felony charge. She got charged with damaging state property. She "supposedly knowing" punched the glass out of the fire extinguisher at a university. But she didn't Punch the glass and the school charged her with a 40.00 fee for the damages what will most likely be the outcome of this case. is it possible that the charge can get dropped to a Misdemeanor?
