i fucked a girl when i was 17 she was 16 now her dad wants to press charges what trouble can i get in?

Serious trouble. You could be charged with statutory rape and face imprisonment. Illinois Courts and prosecutors do take these things very seriously. And, I would advise you to clean up your language when posting questions on this site or really anywhere else. If you don't have a clue, it's time that you get some good advice and begin making some good choices in life, while you have a chance.
