Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Good evening four years ago my son was arrested for a small amount of pot down at ISU. He rec 18 months supervision and from what I understand if he stayed out of trouble he would have no record. At the time he was 18 and now 22. He was told after two years he could go back and request to have record expunged. If he were to have a criminal back round check done for employment would this show up?
Thank you
Lynn

If the record was/is expunged/sealed it should not.
Contact me if you would like an attorney to do the expungement for you.
