Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Is there any hope for someone who's been chargered with 4 counts of armed robbery while still on parole with a prior background of armed robbery and attemp robbery?

I recommend you hire a private attorney for a matter as serious as this. A private attorney will make sure the arresting officers not only had probable cause to arrest you in the first place but will also scrutinize evidence and evidentiary procedures to find any "holes" in the States case against the accused.
