My husband was arrested on eight drug charges four being class 1. And four being class 2. With no history of drug dealing or possession and only one marked bill. Does he have a chance of ever getting free again?

Without knowing more details it is very difficult to give a simple answer as to whether your husband has a "chance of ever getting free again". From the charges themselves I can guess that he is being charged with possession as well as intent to deliver. Depending on the drug and the amounts found, your husband may have defenses to the charges. More information is necessary.
