husband committed crime, wife afraid to tell truth

Im am involved in a serious criminal matter. My husband committed a few crimes, serious ones, and I want to notify police, but I am afraid of him, and afraid I'll get in trouble for knowing about this and not telling anyone. We have a nieghbor who's propery is littered with old cars and campers and junk, the house is delapitated, and it is preventing us from selling our home. The neighbor was arrested for not complying with the county to remove the junk and clean the property. So while he was in jail, my husband went over there, robbed the house and garage of all the tools and exspensive tool boxes, then set the house on fire ! He got tired of waiting for the states attorney and county to do something to force the guy to clean the property. My husband has a bad temper, not to mention he suffers from depression, and I am afraid of him. If he goes to jail, I have no income for myself or kids, and no way to pay the bills. How much trouble can I get in for not speaking up? And how much trouble will he be in if he's caught? They know the fire was arson, theyre still investigating it. all the stolen tools are in my garage and basement. What should I do? Thank you

You need an attorney - you could probably work out a deal for your testimony. You are, however, harboring a fugitive now and are in possession of stolen goods and could get into far worse trouble. You need to do something fast.
