Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Illegal business practices
My boss has forged client signatures on legal state documents and has lied about workers creditials that work for us and some documentation was not done on time. There are various other things that she is allowing that are not legal. I can not afford to loose my job over this. I fear that her supervisor will not believe me. I have proof of some of what she has done. And possibly 2 other people that would back me up. And atleast one client that would back me up in other matters that happened to her. This is a company in 7 states with around 52 branches. And it involves senior citzens. What is the best way for me to proceed with exposing her wrong doings while trying to protect my job that I need? Should I contact a attorney to represent me?
