Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

Is it illegal if a person has knowledge that the company he/she works for is going to lose thier biggest account and don't reveal it to the owners, then accepts a job with the new company who receives said account?

If I were an owner of the current company and learned you went on board with a company that wound up with my biggest account, believe you me I'd be angry and suspicious and wonder if you had something to do with it. Depending on your job at the company you currently work for, the nature of the business, and a host of other things, it may not be "illegal" but it may be "wrongful" and give rise to a lawsuit for money damages.
