Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
In Illinois if a person has the Power Of Attorney of someone that passes away and that person forges the deceased persons son signature so they can dig the ashes of the person that just passed away husband and put the ashes together. I know that the person comited forgery, what are the Illinois Statues on that type of Forgery? Do you think that the Courts would prosecute that person? Thank You for all your help.

If you believe there was forgery done go and make a police report.
If you want to handle thsi is civil court you need to hire an attorney.
