Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Illinois Supreme Court Attorney Needed
I was convicted in Jan 06 for Residential Burglary, and Kidnapping and received a 4year sentence with Boot Camp. I appealed my conviction but my appellate attorney was HORRIBLE. He did not argue any of the points I wanted and the First District (6th division) affirmed the decision of the trial court. Now I have 21 days to appeal to the Supreme Court. Anyone know a place to find a good Supreme Court Criminal Appellate Attorney? I am located in Chicago, IL.
