Incarcerated longer than ordered by the judge
My brother was convicted of a domestic battery charge in may of 2007. The judge sentenced him to 120 days. 30 being of time served and ordered him into the hdri program for the remaining 90 days. His out date set by the judge was sept. 11th and the program kept him an additional 5 days because it took them this long to come and get him. Is their anything that can be done about this
