Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
If an individual misses a scheduled court date and an officer goes directly to his home, can the officer arrest the individual. Must the officer first, be invited into the subject's home?

Usually when someone misses a court date a warrant for his arrest is issued. As long as the officer has knowledge of the warrant he can enter your house without consent to arrest you.
