If any indivual shoots a person without intent what is it consider; and what does the sentence carry and what might the charges consists of.

Well. there's not too much information, but I'll give it a try. If you shoot someone with intent to kill, it's attempt murder and can carry anywhere from 15 years to 60 years. You would have to do 85% of the time in prison, and no probation is possible. This is a general answer since you did not provide any facts, so do not consider this legal advice.
