Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was issued a ticket for failure to give information after striking unattended vehicle. The vehicle owner has filed a claim with my insurance co. but hasn't taken his car to get an estimate. The insurance co. is closing the claim. Will this negate the ticket? I am in Illinois. Thank you
