Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
If someone went to jail for drugs and domestic battery, but the drugs weren't his. And the person that the drugs belongs to confess a bad drug Babbitt what will happen. But also the person that the drugs belong to has a felony of residential buglery that has been dropped to theft and is also pregnant. What would happen
