If i went to jail for a felon but still going to court for it does that mean i am a felon

You obviously do not provide enough information for an attorney to be able to provide you with a response to yor question. What do you mean by the phrase "still going to court". I "go to court" almost everyday, but that doesn't really tell uyou anything now does it?
