Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

I am trying to do research for a person in jail for natural life for murder. I am tring to find law schools that handles these cases and differnt types of cases and statue. People vs Hill 771 N.E. 2d 374 199 Ill. 2d 440,264 Ill. Dec. 670 (2002) How do I find cases like this?

Some law schools have criminal justice clinics that can help but are often bogged down and limited on the numbers of cases they examine. You can simply call the schools to find out whether they have such a clinic. Law libraries are located in law schools and court houses. Librarians should be able to help you find much information. There is also a lot of help on the internet nowadays. Do searches and you'd be surprised the various law sites that may help you in your research. Good luck.
