Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Laws on unborn children
I have heard that in some states to intentionally cause a woman to have a miscarriage you can be charged with murder. I was wondering which states have it and when in the course of the pregnancy do those states consider this an option?

It is not your choice to terminate another's pregnancy. It would likely (hopefully) be a criminal act in any jurisdiction.
To your second query of "when in the course of the pregnancy ... [is] this an option?" It is NEVER an option to cause the death of another's unborn child.
If you have been considering this, I recommend you immediately seek emotional and mental counseling.
