Re: lawyer missrpumisstation

You certainly can "fire" your lawyer if there is no communication coming from him or her. At the very least you are entitled to be kept aware of all developments, and to have your calls returned. Send your lawyer a letter terminating the relationship and demanding the return of your file (all of it). Then, make an appointment to hire a new attorney. Your current attorney must take any necessary steps to be sure that the change does not work against you and has a duty to cooperate with your new attorney.

Once you do terminate the first attorney, I would be willing to consult with you if you would like to call my office.

You are always at liberty to terminate the attorney/client relationship.
