Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I live in Illinois and a my sons school nurse has a glass pipe in her desk drawer and it still has residue in it can the school nurse get into trouble in anyway for that

You do not state what the "residue" is, but if it is her property and it is drug paraphernalia, I would say, yes, she could get in trouble in many ways for that.
