loitering
my 14 year old son who has never been in any kind of trouble before was given a ticket for loitering. i feel the ticket and notice to appear were false accusations. what should we consider doing first..

Re: loitering
The first thing you should do is to call a local defense attorney and pay whatever fee that attorney requires to advise you as to the best option for your son. Most attorneys will not consider a "loitering" charge to be serious enough to justify someone spending a lot of money to defend it, but if this is a matter of principle and you are willing to spend the money, I believe that a good local defense attorney can help you. Good luck!
