can male officer search a females underbra while assisting in a car incident in which a tire fell off the car while driving. can a male officer remove anything from a females underbra?

Whether or not a police officer can search depends on other facts. Most of the time a police officer cannot UNLESS they have reason to believe that the person being searched is concealing contraband in that location. That 'reason to believe' must be able to stand up in court. And the police cannot remove anything from a person's clothing unless they have the same reason to believe that the item is contraband BEFORE they remove it.
