Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

In march 09' I was pulled over searched and put in cuffs escorted home where a search was conducted of my home. Each search was a result of a warrant. Home, person, and vehicle was clean. I was let go. now in aug. 09 I was pulled over and had a $76 seat belt ticket and was taken straight to county jail and strip searched first of all. Also was not allowed to make a phone call to post the bond for 3 hours 45 minutes. asked several times what my charges were and about phone call. In the mean time Tha task officer went to the home of a friend i stay with and asked to search because they found illegal stuff on me. searched and found nothing. Is this police misconduct and illegal search??? I HAVE NO PRIOR DRUG OFFENSES OR FELONIES OR WEAPONS CHARGES!!!!
