Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
medical marijuana in michigan
Just curious, if a resident of Michigan were to go to school and/or temporarily reside in another state...would MI Proposition 1, provide legal defense in case of marijuana related prosecution outside the state of MI?

Not really no. If you are in another state (say Illinois) and in possession of marijuana that you bought in legally Michigan, you are still in possession of an illegal substance.
