can a misdemeanor charge be changed to a felony charge if i do not take plea agreement and wnat a jury trial?

No, if the State's Attorney was going to upgrade your case it would have been done prior to any plea agreement. Unless you were originally charged with a felony and the state's offer was to reduce the charges.
A misdemeanor charge cannot be changed to a felony charge as a result of you rejecting the state's offer.
