Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Misdemeanor criminal sexual abuse
Is it possible to expunge or seal a conviction for a misdemeanor criminal sexual abuse? I was 17 years of age, she was 15 and it was just consensual sex. It's now been almost 5 years since the guilty find (sentence was 1 year supervision, 50 hours of community service, a $200 fine, and to register 10 years)

It may be able to expunge or seal this record. It will depend on several factors, including the particular statute you were charged under, and your criminal history. Please email me at [email protected] for further evaluation.
