Misdermeanor expungement
I have a charge of possesion of drug paraphaniallia on my record from approx. 4 years ago. The pipe was not on my persons it was found in the car of which I was the passenger. I have nothing prior to this or after this. Is there a way to get this taken off or reversed?

One of the few ways you can expunge a criminal record if you received a sentence of supervision. Then you have to wait 5 years from the end of supervision because its a drug related crime.
