Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
if i do not have the money to pay an ordinance violation for retail theft on the court date what are my odds of going to jail? I have a felony for a previous count of retail theft from 2009. as well as two misdemeanors from 2005.

They could send you to jail. Your best bet is to have as much of the fine money with you as possible or a good attorney.
