Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
the mother of my kids has falsely had me arrested three times and now when i finaly get to see my kid after not seeing them for 2 months she calls them again saying that i didnt bring them back in time when i told her that i would bring them back when the ball game was over. now i am tired of it all because she is draging my name in the dirt. and I dont want to go back to jail for something i didnt do a forth time. Is there some I can do.

Without a court order, you have no defense. You need a clear and unambiguous 607 order from a court, carry it with you at all times, and adhere to the letter of the terms. If you don't have one, get one. If you don't know how, that's what you pay us for.
