nephew not show up at court from county jail?
we (his parents & I) went to court the am 11/07/08, when his name was called, the public defender said he not on the bus that brought the other defendents.
we asked whwere he was, sne just said doesn't know why. or what happened.
rescheduled court for the 21st of Nov. 2008.
why is this happening, who can they talk to,
They are a very low income family.

There could be any number of reasons why he was not on the bus from administrative (not enough seats on the bus) to more personal (rival gang member on the same bus). You will get the best answers by going to visit him during visiting hours at the jail, or by asking the public defender to find out when he has a chance. Unfortunately, you will probably need to be patient.
