Can a Noelle case be used against someone for new charges?
Can a traffic case in be Noelle pros after
4 months from traffic tickets and then
turned into a municipal case and then
an indictment criminal case?

Re: Can a Noelle case be used against someone for new charges?
Yes. If this is a misdemeanor, the state has 18 months to file charges. If it's a felony, the state has 36 months to file charges. There is no double jeapordy here, since you were not put in jeapordy the first time. Please call for further information.
