Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

Nursing license with a retail theft charge?

I was arrested for a retail theft 5 years ago. The case was dismissed, I wasn't convicted but I had to attend Theft school, which I did. I have since graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences and Nursing. I was wondering if my nursing license will not be issued because of this offense. They have asked for court documents and the police report and an detailed explanation of events which I have provided.

Thank you

You should have long since expunged your record. Your license could be in jeapordy. You may still expunge your record. Please call for a free consultation.
