obstrcuting justice?
I have 2 question. how much times does obstructin justice carries and is that a felony in Illinois. Do I need to obtain a lawyer I am on parole.

Obstructin Justice, 720 ILCS 5/31-4 can be either a Class 3 or 4. You will need and want a lawyer.
