obstructing justice
how much time will I recieve this is my second time down for obstructing justice. I had just got out in nov08 on a 24 month conviction and now im going to court for it again. i was caught in a building that i was barred from. will i need a lawyer and how much will it cost. what are my option

Obstructing justice is a misdemeanor. The most you can get is 364 days in county jail. Yes, you need a lawyer. Since you are in jeapordy of going to jail, the judge will require you to get a lawyer. We handle cases of this kind. Please call.
